Seth is an absolute dream of a dog and yet, he was found local to the shelter as a stray and he hasn’t been claimed. it is hard to believe but we now think that he must have been abandoned by his previous owner and he hadn’t been microchipped so there was no way to trace an owner.
His new owner will preferably have collie experience and will be able to give him the exercise and mental stimulation he needs.
