Red – Foster home Needed

Red has hip dysplasia and needs surgery to replace his right hip, the recovery period will be 12-14 weeks.
We are looking for someone to take care of Red during his recovery period as being in the shelter is not feasible as he needs to remain quiet and calm.
We need someone who is retired or works from home, has no pets, no children or visiting children. Red needs a very calm environment in which to recover.
Due to Red’s size, we need someone who is strong enough to lift him as he may have to be supported in a sling after surgery. We also need someone who can drive for any check ups that may be required following surgery.
All expenses will be covered by us whilst Red is in your care.
A home check will be required.
