He arrived very scared and certainly didn’t trust anyone, he is slowly learning to relax around people and enjoy a stroke. However, he does come to life when he sees a toy and certainly loves playing with feathers.
Charlie will thrive with an experienced owner who will give him time to relax and show his personality. An adult home is needed.
