Toby’s owner was very upset to find himself in the situation where he needed to re-home him.
Toby is just the loveliest boy, he has stolen everyone’s heart. He is so friendly with people, loves meeting and walking out with other dogs.
Toby is a happy, affectionate boy who deserves the very best home. We are told that he does have some separation anxiety so he will need a new owner to be with him most of the day until he gains confidence.
