Billy was left behind when his owner moved away, so he has had a traumatic time!
He is slowly adjusting to our environment but he is still very unsure. He will need a quiet, adult home where he can relax and learn to trust people.
Billy was found with another cat but so far we have not been able to test him with other animals.
